MeasureTime frame
The expected outcome would be that Diet Quality, Sleep Timing, Stress and Physical Activity might vary depending upon the rotational shift of paramedical health workers and timely pattern of life. Timepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The study also aims to introduce the need of incorporating healthy eating pattern and improving quality of life amongst paramedical health workers Timepoint: 1 year
