Intervention1: Resistance band: Resistance band exercises along with regular cricket training .Resistance band exercises will be performed by participants in 3 phases. Phase 1:Standing shoulder press

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cricket players of age group between 18-25. 2.Players at least 2 years of participation in cricket and practicing at least 3 days per week . 3.Only male cricket players.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not regularly participating cricket game . 2.History of drug abuse or involved in alcohol consumption. 3.History of any recent injury or surgery. 4.Players who are not practicing resistance band exercise previously. 5.Players who are using any kind of nutritional supplement or on specific diet.

Yo-Yo intermittent recovery testTimepoint: At baseline and at the end of 6 weeks.

1.Closed kinetic chain upper extremity stability test. 2.Sitting medicine ball throw . 3.Curl up test . 4.Double leg lowering test . 5.Y balance test.Timepoint: At baseline and at the end of 6 weeks.
