Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of Goa 2. Age group - 18-60 years 3. Must be willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer 2. Chronic smoker 3. Patients who were hospitalised during covid 4. Covid during pregnancy 5. Use of hormonal contraception ( birth control pills, implants ) 6. Any post traumatic life events, depression 7. Rheumatoid arthritis, Systemic Lupus erythematosus, fibromyalgia, 8. Multiple sclerosis 9. Infections like TB, Malaria, HIV, Hepatitis 10. Insomnia or any sleep disorder 11. Anemia 12. Pre menstrual syndrome.
