Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects between the age group of 21 - 70 years irrespective of gender, religion, occupation and socioeconomic status. 2) Subjects fit for Matrabasti. 3) Subjects fulfilling the Rome IV diagnostic criteria. 4) Subjects who are willing to give a written consent for the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects below 21years and above 70 years of age. 2) Subjects unfit for Matrabasti. 3) Constipation associated with systemic illness like IBS, colitis etc. 4) Pregnant and lactating women.
