Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients requiring nasal intubation for oro-maxillo-facial surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with bleeding diasthesis, uncontrolled hypertension, previous nasal surgeries

MeasureTime frame
To find whether MRI will be able to identify clearer nasal cavity as compared to gold standard naso-endoscopy during the nasal cavity assessment.Timepoint: pre-operatively before nasal intubation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess whether nasal cavity through which the naso-tracheal tube negotiate at the time of nasal intubation will agree with the more patent nasal cavity assigned by MRI or naso-endoscopy.Timepoint: After nasal intubation
