Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients representing symptoms of shirahshoola. Patient who are willing to participate in the study. Patient who are indicated for nasya karma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient below 18 year and above 60 year 2.Children and pregnant women. 3.Patient associated with other major systemic/ psychiatric / Neurological condition, ENT related pathology. 4.Secondary headache caused by meningitis, malignancy, encephalitis, cervical spondylitis, refractive errors, pregnancy. Headache due to trauma, HTN,etc. Patient having raised intracranial tension due to any reason. Patient who are not indicated for nasya karmaa.(Bhuktavan, kshudhit, tarunpratishyay, garbhini, sneha pita, Madhya, dravaati pita, ajirna, dattabasti, krodha, garavisha, trusha, shoka, shrant, baal, vruddha.vegavidharita, shirasnatu, kaam, anartava, abhra.)
