Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ruptured anterior cerebral circulation aneurysm with subarachnoid haemorrhage World Federation of Neurological Surgeons Grade 1 or 2 Posted for Clipping or Coiling of ruptured aneurysm Presentation within 3 days of ictus Consent for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Upper limb pathology, such as cellulitis, ulcers, or peripheral vascular disease Posterior circulation aneurysm World Federation of Neurological Surgeons Grade =3 Presentation to hospital beyond 3 days of ictus Refusal of consent • Unruptured aneurysm
