Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. subjects who are having habit of conventional smoking 2. subjects who are having habit of reverse smoking 3. subjects who are healthy and have no habit of smoking
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. subjects with systemic or nervous disease that could interfere with glandular functioning. (Parkinson’s disease) 2. Subjects who take any medicines that could interfere with saliva secretion.(sympathomimetics like ephedrine, phenylephrine etc.,) 3. Subjects with symptoms of oral dryness with no habit of smoking. (sjogren’s syndrome) 4. Any subject who had undergone radiotherapy of head and neck procedures recently. 5. Subjects who are having habit of smoking previously and has quit more than 3 months back. 6. Subjects who are not willing to participate in study after explanation of the procedure are excluded.
