Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with Type 1 diabetes and their caregivers meeting the following criteria: Willing to participate in the study Willing for telephonic/physical follow up during the study period Who can understand Hindi, English and Punjabi
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children and their caregivers who are not maintaining daily diary records of blood glucose levels, insulin dosage and are not willing for HbA1c testing. Children with chronic additional critical illness Children having z score of height and weight
