Inclusion criteria: 1. Intensivists practicing at a consultant level. 2. Intensivists working full-time in a critical care setting. 3. Formally qualified in critical care or have received at least two years on the job training in critical care medicine. 4. Adult critical care setting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intensive care trainees 2. Health care providers other than intensivists
