Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All pediatric patients ( < 15 yrs) admitted to ICU for at least 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age > 15years 2. Patients discharged within 24 hours 3. Patients with prior psychiatric illness 4. Patients with developmental delay 5. Patients whose parents/ guardians refuse to give consent

Incidence of DeliriumTimepoint: every 12 hourly during the entire course of ICU stay
