Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants of all gender in age group - 18- 65 years visiting Goa medical college and hospital between May 2022 to September 2022 Participants presenting with chronic neck pain unilaterally or bilaterally of more than 6 months duration due to postural neck pain , occupational related neck pain , cervical spondylosis , chronic whiplash injuries with no instability . Participants willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with rheumatic diseases, cervical hernia, tumors, cervical whiplash syndrome with instability, neck surgeries, ankylosing spondylitis, stroke, cerebrovascular accidents and neurological signs due to nerve entrapment Participants currently on pain relieving medications, those presenting with visual disturbances, and motor deficits due to central nervous system dysfunction and spinal cord injuries. Participants with perceptual and cognitive impairments due to central nervous system dysfunction
