Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male: Patients who can produce ejaculate Female: Patients without pathology affecting oocyte quality such as PCOS, endometriosis,chronic metabolic disorderswho can ovulate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Male: Azoospermic patients Female: Patients with pathology affecting oocyte quality such as PCOS, endometriosis,chronic metabolic disorderswho can ovulate

This study will help to establish new biomarkers for the diagnosis of male subfertility .Timepoint: 3 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
This study will help to validate the application of novel technology like flow cytometry in the selection of more competent spermatozoa to increase the efficiency of assisted reproduction technology by avoiding unnecessary procedures, saving time , money and relieving stress to the couple.Timepoint: 3 years
