Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus on oral anti-diabetics with duration of Diabetes of more than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Diabetic Nephropathy, comorbid illness like Chronic Liver Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease (other causes), malignancy, patients with Sepsis, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus will be excluded.
