Intervention1: Individualized homoeopathic medicines in centesimal potencies: Each dose will consist of 4 cane sugar globules no. 10 moistened with the indicated medicine (preserved in 90% v/v ethanol

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years. 2. Both sexes. 3. Patients suffering from FMS with WPI more than equal to 7 and SSS more than equal to 5 Or WPI 4-6 and SSS more than equal to 9. 4. Duration of the symptoms more than 3 months. 5. Literate patients; can read Bengali and/or English. 6. Providing written informed consent to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient unwilling for giving consent. 2. Immuno-compromised diseases. 3. controlled psychiatric condition. 4. Pregnant or lactation women. 5. Unexplained weight changes and fever. 6. Any severe acute illness. 7. Patient suffering from any other chronic co-morbidities. 8. Patient taking any homoeopathic medicine from other sources for any chronic diseases within last 3 months. 9. Any alternative medicines taken within last 3 months. 10. Chronic alcoholism and substance abuse.
