Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18 to 59 years 2 Both male and female 3 Patients of chronic Urticaria more than 6 weeks duration of suffering 4 Patients suffering from chronic urticaria diagnosis as per EAACI GA2LEN EDF WAO International Guidelines for urticaria 5 wheal in patients with urticaria has 3 typical features 6 a central swelling of variable size almost invariably surrounded by reflex erythema 7 an itching or sometimes burning sensation A fleeting nature with the skin returning to its normal appearance usually within 30 minutes to 24 hours 8 Angioedema in urticaria patients is characterized by A sudden pronounced erythematous or skin color swelling of the lower dermis and subcutis or mucous membrane 9 Sometimes pain rather than itching. A resolution slower than that of wheals (can take up to 72 hours 10 Patients already on allopathic medication or topical agents for chronic urticaria will be included after a washout period of 15 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Below 18 years and above 59 years 2 Acute Urticaria less than 6 weeks of suffering 3 Alcohol or drug addiction 4 Angioedema with no urticaria 5 Urticarial vasculitis 6 Maculopapular drug eruption 7 Contact dermatitis 8 Urticaria pigmentosa 9 Pregnant and lactating women 10 Patients with psychiatric diseases, and those who are not able to comply with the study protocol
