Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All stable individuals who are undergoing maintenance hemodialysis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Post-transplant patients with graft failure Patients on other dialysis modalities Patients with malignancy Patients with liver disease Patients with chronic inflammatory disorders (Tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis vasculitis) Patients with active infections/ hospitalization 3 months before enrolment HIV, HCV, and HbsAg positive patients Patients taking or have received anti-oxidants, steroids, and immunosuppressive medications in the last 6 months Pregnancy
