Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . Patients coming with chief complaint of Artavkshaya along with associated symptoms (katishula, vibandha, anidra, daurbalya etc.) . Patients having menstrual cycle with long interval >35 days i.e. Oligomenorrhoea. . If the duration of menstrual flow is 2 days or less

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. OCP intake/ IUCD 2. Physiological criteria: a. Pregnancy b. Lactation c. >40 years (perimenopausal age) 3. Pathological criteria: a. PCOS b. Tuberculosis c. Anaemia (Hb d. Diabetes e. Infectious Disease f. Amenorrhoea (Primary & Secondary) g. Androgen producing tumor h. Thyroid dysfunction
