Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects between 21-70 years of age, subjects irrespective of gender, religion, occupation and economic status, all catheterized subjects with bacteriuria, all catheterized subjects diagnosed with bacterial cystitis(USG).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cystitis secondary to tuberculosis, syphillis, previously diagnosed cases of Ca bladder, Ca prostrate, Hydronephrosis, hydroureter and chronic kidney disease, subjects diagnosed with HIV and HBsAg, Subjects on antibiotics, immunocompromised subjects, subjects in the stage of septicaemia.
