Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mechanically ventilated children requiring flexible fibre-optic bronchoscopy for diagnostic bronchoalveolar lavage during the stay in Pediatric Intensive Care unit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient without an arterial line for invasive blood pressure (IBP) monitoring during the procedure. 2. Child receiving invasive ventilation through tracheostomy tube.
