Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with having typical features of signs & symptoms of Katigati vata like Kati shula, Asane utthane kashtata, Gamane kashtata, Akuunchana Prasarane Vedana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Conditions like Pott’s fracture, Spinal Fracture, Spinal TB, Traumatic tendon injury, Spinal Abscess, malignancy of bones Patients = 18 years and = 70 years of age. Known cases of Gout, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematous (SLE), Bone TB, Traumatic injuries, Infective arthritis and other serious systemic disorders
