Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Multipara with FTND 2. 6 weeks postpartum 3. Age 25 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female with previous history of abdominal surgeries 2. Female with BMI > 40 kg/m2 3. Musculoskeletal problems 4. Subjects suffering from any heart or respiratory condition 5. Any injury to back or fracture of Vertebra
