Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and females aged 20 â?? 40 years. 2. Patients visiting health check department of a tertiary care hospital for routine health check. 3. Voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children and adults > 50 years of age 2. Adults with gastro-intestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohnâ??s disease etc. 3. Refuses to participate in the study
