Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient willing for trial 2.Hb >10gm% 3.BMI 18-25Kg/meter square 4.Patient diagnose as AUB without organic pathology 5.Patient with either one of them or all having following symptoms like-prolonged,excessive bleeding or intermenstrual bleeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with uterine & pelvic pathology like fibroid, adenomyosis, PID, endometrial endocervical polyp & CA cervix etc. 2.Patient having bleeding sites other than uterus 3.Bleeding due to coagulation disorders 4.Tuberculosis patient 5.Women using IUCDs & OCPs 6.Patient suffering from carcinomas 7.Patient in which nasya or uttar basti contraindicated
