Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary objective is Patient bite force assesment of two occlusal schemes using flexi force elf system and assesing Masticatory efficiency using sieve test. Timepoint: first asessment will be done after 15 days post denture insertion with monoplane occlusion then deprogram for 01 week followed by insertion of second denture with lingualised occlusion and wearing for 15 days i.e.at 22 days following discontinuation of first denture set.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Determining which occlusal scheme is better through:- Post -operative quality of life - questionnaire and caliberated device.Timepoint: first asessment will be done after 01days post denture insertion with monoplane occlusion then deprogram for 01 week followed by insertion of second denture with lingualised occlusion and wearing for 01 day i.e.at 22 days following discontinuation of first denture set.
