| Nutrition Education Program (NEP) may impact young female adultâ??s eating practice and their dietary intake quality. The data collected from this research will establish rich data or information regarding the current scenario of practicing mindful eating. This study will help contribute to work related to eating disorders, weight loss and any chronic diet related conditions.
