Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both Male & Female of Age group- 20 years to 60years 2. Patient who willing to participate in research trial and giving voluntary consent for study, irrespective of gender, cast, religion, occupation, will be selected. 3.The patents of upper limb simple bone facture of humerus, ulna, radius, carpal, metacarpal and phalanges diagnoses on the basis of clinical features and x-ray

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple fracture and dislocation. 2.Any known metabolic bone disease, bone tumor , bone TB, bone malignancy, osteoporosis osteomyelitis. 3.Patients with other systemic disorders eg. HTN ,asthma, DM, Rickets. 4.open fracture. 5. Patient Undergoing any surgical intervention. 6.Pregnancy and lactating mothers will be excluded.
