Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 . PCOS diagnosed women from age 18 ââ?¬â?? 35 (Rotterdam criteria for diagnosing PCOS) 2 .Participants who are ready and confidence to change . 3. willingness and ability to participate in the LKM instruction session and practice LKM during the study .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 . Participants who are under the age of 18 2 .Pregnancy 3 .Cushingââ?¬•s syndrome 4. Non-classical congenital adrenal hyperplasia and 5 . androgen-secreting tumours. 6 . Individuals who having any psychological disorders. 7 . Individuals with other comorbidities
