Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with classical sign and symptoms of post operative pain. patient ready for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient reluctant to take treatment. K/C/O immuno-compramised patient. Patient having loose motion ,rectal bleeding,Acute fissure.
