Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient coming with complain of Arsha (Grade II and III haemorrhoids) i.e. bleeding per rectum, discharge and pruritus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Grade I and Grade IV Haemorrhoids 2. CA rectum 3. Thrombosed pile mass 4. Uncontrolled Hypertension 5. Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus 6. Hypertrophid anal papilla

Primary

MeasureTime frame
. Bleeding per rectum 2. Decrease in size or grade of Haemorrhoids. 3. Post operative pain 4. Post operative discharge. 5.Colour of haemorrhoidal mass assessed just after operative procedure and during follow up. 6. Frequency of stool. 7.Anal stenosis. Timepoint: 7th day 14th day 21st day 30th day
