Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient taken teriparatide treatment (for the period of 24 months) before 1 year in S.M.S. HOSPITAL 2) Those willing to give an informed written consent 3) Post-menopausal osteoporotic women without other secondary causes. 4) Age >45Year Female with menopause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who taken anti resorptive therapy like denosumab, after discontinue of teriparatide treatment 2) Patients with co-morbid condition which affects bone mineralization. 3) Patient who taken Calcium Metabolism altering drugs like Bisphosphonates
