Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 year and older. 2) Patient admitted within 24-72 hr of SCI. 3) Patients who given written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient admitted after 72 hr of trauma. 2) Patient have autoimmune disease. 3) Previous neurological disorder. 4) Patients who have major fractures in upper and lower extremity.
