Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)ASA I or II 2)Scheduled for surgery of hand or forearm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal 2)Neuromuscular disease 3)Previous history of surgery of periclavicular region 4)Body mass index (BMI) more than 35 5)Intra-operative conversion to general anesthesia (GA) / inadequate or failed block 6)Pregnant and lactating mothers 7)Known bleeding diathesis or with any coagulation abnormalities. 8)Allergy to local anesthetics 9)Patients with acute or chronic pulmonary dysfunction
