Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Farmers willing to give written informedconsent. 2) Farmers having age between 18 to 50 yrs. irrespective religion, social and economic status and having chronic exposure to organophosphorus compound for more than 12months. 3) Mild to moderate depression diagnosed by scale will be selected for Serum cholinesteraseinvestigation. 4)) Normal pseudo cholinesterase values ranges between 8 to 18 Units per milliliter. Farmers having Serum cholinesterase values below the 8 units per milliliter will be selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Known history of Depression due to other diseases or due toaddiction. 2) Known history of any major illness like hypertension, DM, HIV, Serious cardiovascular disease etc. 3) Exposure to pesticides less 12month 4) Diagnosed with any other mentaldisorder 5) Severe depression diagnosed byScale 6) Farmers with mild to moderate depression but with normal Cholinesterase level.(8 to 18 Units per milliliter)
