Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maharashtrian males and females residing in Mumbai has completed atleast graduation and is from middle or upper-middle socio-economic class

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children or adults 50 years of age Nutritionists or health professional who are well versed with nutrition Participants from communities other than Maharashtrians and Maharashtrians from lower socio-economic class
