Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic women with the upper age limit of 60 years and stable vitals. The postmenopausal female who has cessation of the monthly cycle from past 12 months. Participants must be willing to attend the assessment and treatment sessions. BP BMI 18.5-29.9 kg/m2 Waist circumference: Waist hip ratio: less than 0.85 cm.50 Hip circumference: 78-88cm.51 Resting heart rate > 60 Bpm and <100 Bpm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with: History of smoke or alcoholism. Induced/surgical menopause. Postmenopausal syndrome. Any health problem which may affect the study outcomes including Hypertension, pulmonary conditions such as chronic obstructive lung disease, chronic bronchial asthma, interstitial lung disease, Lung Cancer, Pneumonia, Obstructive lung disease, Bronchiectasis, or any other, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Aerobic or strength training exercise from past 1 year. Women who had been sportspeople or athletes. Women who have ever been under hormone replacement therapy
