Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects of age group between 21 to 39 years will be included irrespective of their gender. 2)Watching minimum of 2 episodes in one sitting 3)Subjects who are willing to participate will be selected for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individual suffering from any systemic diseases 2)Subjects having problematic binge watching 3)Subjects who are contraindicated to do pranayama 4)Pregnant and lactating women 5)Subjects taking drugs like NSAIDS, anti-histamines 6)Subjects who are not willing to participate in the study
