Exclusion criteria: Women working in nutrition background Women excluding the age group between 30-60 years

The study will give an idea and a fair comparison of dietary pattern, physical activity levels and stress levels between working and non working women of 30-60 years of age group in Mumbai.Timepoint: 2 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Dietary pattern might be poor and physical activity levels might be less in working women as compared to non-working women. High stress levels might be seen in working women as compared to non-working women. Timepoint: 2 months
