Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers (based on semi structured interview). 2. Minimum yoga experience 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Persons who are taking medication, history of smoking, consuming tobacco or alcohol and having history of respiratory, cardiac diseases will be excluded from the study.
