Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with periodontitis. 2.Patients of age 30 â?? 60 years. 3.Isolated mandibular sites with grade II furcation defects. 4.Patients with radiographic evidence of interradicular bone loss. 5.Patients willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of any systemic disease. 2.Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 3.Smokers 4.Patients who are under periodontal therapy from the past 6 months.

MeasureTime frame
To assess and compare probing pocket depth, clinical attachment level, horizontal probing depth and vertical probing depth in both the groups. Timepoint: Base line, 3 months and 6 months
