Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with breast cancer requiring cardiac sparing for reduction of dose to heart and its sub-structures. 2.Patient of adult lymphoma with mediastinal involvement requiring cardiac sparing. 3.Patient who could understand and follow the instruction of breath hold exercises. 4.Patient who has the ability to hold breath for = 15 seconds after adequate training. 5.Patient who has adequate chest expansion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who do not wish to consent for the study.
