Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having specific signs and symptoms of Badhirya (SNHL) as per Ayurvedic and modern parameters will be registered PT OF EITHER SEX HAVING AGE BETWEEN 18-70 YEARS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having any congenital hearing loss 2. History of any systemic disease like hypertension, TB, DM, Meineres disease,otosclerosis 3. Perforated TM 4. Pregnant women 5. Psychogenic hearing loss 6. History of intake of ototoxic drugs 7. Infectious disease such as measles, meningitis or any TORCH infection 8. Head injury or injury to ear 9. Malignancy 10. Degree of hearing loss greater than 80dB
