Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients diagnosed as acute COVID 19 infections between 3 months and 6 months prior to the study period residing in selected wards of different gram panchayaths and who gives consent will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post covid pateints who are not giving consent to the study
