Inclusion criteria: Patients with sign and symptoms of squamous cell carcinoma like 1.Mouth ulceration 2.Sore tounge 3.Jaw swelling 4.Pain in the oral cavity 5.Trismus 6.patient diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma after histopathological report 7.TNM CRITERIA T1N0M0 T2N0M0 T3N0M0 8.Post surgical case

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Metastatis 2.Patients suffering from severe systemic disorders and diseases like HIV,Hbsag,STD,TB 3.Uncontrolled DM and HTN 4.Cardiac or Renal disease
