Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus 2.Age group of 30-50 years. 3.Patients who will sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with T1DM 2.Serious psychiatric problems 3.Serious or uncontrolled complications of DM 4.Inflammatory diseases, including acute and chronic, cardiac conditions, pregnancy, smoking, drug and alcohol abuse, and musculoskeletal disorders 5.Critically ill patients
