Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pre-eclamptic parturient who are on antihypertensive treatment. 2.Singleton pregnancy. 3.Elective LSCS 4.Normal bleeding profile. 5. More than 36 weeks of pregnancy. 6.ASA II and III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Signs of HELLP syndrome. 2. Fetal distress and cord prolapse. 3. Patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia. 4.Patients with a significant history of drug or alcohol abuse. 5.Previous LSCS. 6.Morbid obesity(BMI >35kg/m2). 7.Neurological or musculoskeletal disease. 8.Unable to understand visual analogue score. 9. Thrombocytopenia (platelet count 10. Placental abnormalities like placenta previa and abruptio placenta
