Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)ASA grade I, II 2)Patient demanding anaesthesia services for chemoport insertion. 3)Internal jugular vein chemoport insertion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)BMI more than 35 2)Neuropsychiatric patients 3)On medications for chronic pain 4)History of CAD, arrhythmias, cardiac problems. 5)Asthmatics/COPD patients. 6)Liver dysfunction. 7)Chronic kidney disease. 8)Substance abuse.
