Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of 18 years and above. 2. All patients with single and double mechanical valve replacement will be enrolled. 3. Patients willing to sign their informed consent form will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any patients with severe heart failure or renal impairments 2. Patients with any malignancy 3. Child bearing potential population will be excluded. 4. Active or latent Hepatitis B or active Hepatitis C 5. Serious co morbidities such as HIV, Tuberculosis etc. 6. Psychiatric illness 7. Patients who deny giving informed Consent
