Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from classical signs and symptoms of as per Sushrut Samhita w.s.r to varicose veins. 2.Patients between 18years to 65years. 3.Male and female patients willing and able to participate in the study. 4.Patients will able to provide informed consent. 5.Diagnosed patient of varicose veins according to clinical features.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having chronicity more than 10 years. 2.Pregnant women and lactating women will be excluded. 3.Patients having any other major complicated diseases like Piles, Diabetes mellitus, Cardiac diseases, Tuberculosis, AIDS. 4.Patient diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis, anaemia, thrombocytopenia, haemophilia will be excluded.

MeasureTime frame
Patients will be assessed on the basis of symptoms mentioned in ayurvedic texts. Pain(shoola),oedema (shotha),Tortuosity (siraakunchan), skin changes.Timepoint: 20 sittings (maximum) around 4 weeks.
