Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic individuals with no pain in cervical and shoulder region Presence of unilateral latent trigger points on levator scapulae muscle Practicing recreational sports like gym, yoga, swimming

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any pain in head, neck and shoulder region Any postural defects Any neurological symptoms in the upper limb Any musculoskeletal conditions Any surgery in and around shoulder and cervical region Professional sports players
